Centre Lathe Turning

• 6 CNC lathes giving 780mm dia in gap, 580mm dia over bed x 1000mm between centres, all linked to Delcam DNC system.
• 18 Manual lathes giving up to 1300mm diameter in gap, 630mm over bed x 2000 between centres
• Hydraulic copy turning, taper turning, hard turning and tool post grinding.
• 2 Oval Turning Lathes giving round to 150mm difference in major & minor axis, up to 760mm.

Milling

• 4 CNC Milling machines with horizontal vertical spindles with up to 800mm x 600mm x 500mm traverse. High speed spindles up to 24,000 rpm. All linked to Delcam and Licom DNC systems.
• 10 Manual Milling machines with horizontal and vertical spindles with up to 1200mm x 560mm x 665mm of traverse.

EDM

• 3Fanuc W2 5 axis 100 amp with cutting capacity of 500mm x 350mm x 310mm
• Sodick AQ325L linear Motor Drive Wire Cut EDM
• Charmile 300mm dia electrode

CAD CAM

• Delcam 3D milling with powershape, power mill and copy CAD
• Licom Alpha Cam with 3D milling, 4 axis wirecut and 2 axis turning

Misc Machine tools

• Ring grinder - 600mm dia x 125mm deep
• Tool cutter grinder
• Slotter with 150mm stroke
